The Eddy Theatre, a tiered auditorium seating 275, is designed for plays, concerts, lectures, and presentations, with excellent acoustics and full audio-visual equipment. The lobby can host small cocktail events or happy hours for up to 25 guests. The theatre also provides performance opportunities for students through the Drama Club, musicals, and other productions, and has welcomed notable speakers such as Alice Walker, Elliot Zimet, and Marjorie Margolies Mezvinsky.
